The Metropolitan, Didsbury

One of Manchester’s busiest pubs, the Metropolitan in West Didsbury realised it wasn’t making the best use of its outdoor space during winter months, and having to turn hungry and thirsty customers away. James Robertshaw came up with the solution of using the W-Series to create a weather proof system, extending the capacity of the restaurant by 78 sq metres providing 50 new covers.

The W-Series is a fully automated, versatile, modular all weather system which brings the outside inside during the winter months to make year round use for outdoor space.

Controlled by the touch of the button, when the skies clear and sun the shines, the W-series opens out for customers to enjoy the sun.
