Credit Facilities Guide

Credit available on all orders of £300 or over.

Buy Now, Pay Later

	No deposit is required.
	The amount can be taken over a 6, 9 or 12 month period, with nothing to pay until this time.
	A standing order can be set up so that the finance can be paid off monthly.
	One-off payments can also be made throughout the term.
	Alternatively, the whole amount can be paid off interest free at the end of the deferred period.
	You will receive a reminder letter from Clydesdale a month before the final amount is due.
	If the account isn’t cleared at this point then it will go into an interest bearing agreement for 36 months at an APR of 29.8%.

Interest Free Credit

	No deposit is required.
	The total cost is divided into equal amounts over 10 months.

This is an agreement between the customer and Clydesdale which will begin once the goods and fitting has been signed off as satisfactory by the person who has made the credit application.

Retail Payment Terms & Conditions

	James Robertshaw & Sons (1954) Ltd trading as Robertshaws Window Blind Creations, will be referred to as the Company for the purposes of this Policy Statement. The purchaser of the products is referred to as the Customer.

	The Company will only honour written quotations for a period of 28 days subject to availability of goods at the time of order.

	Upon a Customer signing the Company’s confirmation of order form, the Company will require payment of deposit of a minimum 25% to a maximum 50% of order cost.

	The full balance of order cost (including VAT) will be required upon completion of installation/collection of products.

	Lead times quoted at point of sale are approximate and are given to the best of our knowledge at the time of ordering. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control and the Company cannot be held responsible for these delays

	The Company will endeavour to resolve any complaints to the Customers satisfaction and reserves the right to inspect the goods which are subject to complaint.
