In line with James Robertshaw’s commitment to improving and maintaining customer service it was decided to undertake the rigours of attaining ISO9001:2008. It was recognised at managerial level that despite having clear systems and procedures in all aspects of the business, there is always room for improvement.
The process was facilitated by Hatton Parkinson and part funded by MAS– the Manufacturing and Advisory Service based in Manchester. Lesley Sharrock, Sales Director, commented “all the effort has been worthwhile and we will now continue and further develop our efforts to ensure our customers receive added value from our service”.
