This time comes around every few years, and blimey are we looking forward to it! The BBSA – The British Blind and Shutter Association –  is running its exhibition for members of the association to showcase their products and service offerings. With a focus towards the trade, this year our show stand is bigger and better than ever. Well, with a team and service offering that continue to grow, why shouldn’t our stand?!

What is the BBSA Show?

The BBSA exhibition is a place for all kinds of manufacturers, our suppliers and other members of the association to display their products and put faces to names from each company to speak to attendees. The attendees are primarily Blind Tradespeople, therefore, having experts on hand, face-to-face can make discussions and exploration of potential new partners so much easier. Not forgetting the fact they’re all under one roof!

If you are attending this year’s BBSA Show, you will see exhibitors from all across the British Isles and further afield. Expect to see blinds, shutters, awnings, fabrics, motors, soft furnishings, new and innovative designs and child-safe solutions, machinery, and much more.

Aside from the obvious reason we’ll be setting up shop at the BBSA for its 3-day duration, we also have some exciting new announcements to make. The past few years have been great for us in terms of developing innovative new products and solutions specific to individual challenges. Stemming from our bespoke service, we have developed a new member of the Eliminate Roller Blind family – the Mini-Eliminate, and have been selected as the UK manufacturer of our partner Somfy’s Glydea motorised curtain. Both of which will be officially launched at the BBSA exhibition.

With new products come new training and development opportunities, and so we will be looking to organise training at our Customer Centre with blind trade clients old and new, to help them maximise their returns and broaden product offerings to their customers. In line with our increasing product offering comes an exciting future development with our newest partners at Servico. By training the Servico team on product installations, particularly with Awnings and Skylights, we can enable our trade clients to have more time to liaise with and sell to customers.

To add to all of this, our lovely new members of the team who are here to support our trade accounts, Sean Smith and Luke Dixon, will be at the show to introduce themselves to you and offer their helping hands to help progress accounts and onboard new clients.

When you arrive at the BBSA Show, at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry from the 21st – 23rd October, head straight to stand 22. You’ll find us there. We can talk about the stand, the product launches or even just a catch up, the choice is yours. But either way, we’d love to see you.

Once you’ve spoken to us, perhaps you could go and see a seminar with George Clarke, TV’s favourite architect from Channel 4’s George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces, or winner of BBC Carpenter of the year, Tibby Singh. There’s plenty to do.

Additionally, by visiting the show, you will be in with a chance of winning £1000 just for turning up! Don’t miss out, register to be a part of it now!
